Beta 2 plug-ins for Carrara 8.

The big change for beta 2 is that serial numbers are saved in a more modern OS friendly way. If you've already entered your serial numbers under Carrara 8 you shouldn't have to enter them again. This fixes the problems with entering serial numbers on 64-bit Vista or Windows 7 with UAC on. It should also in the future make moving between Carrara versions easier.

Also included is a build for 10.4 Tiger. If anyone has a chance to try this out, please let me know. I no longer have a Tiger capable machine so cannot test it directly.
